Q. I would like a startup business pack. Can I host my website somewhere else?
A. Yes. Our packages includes hosting server space, database server space, Unlimited Free support and maintenance. You run your business, we maintain your website. If you like to host your website somewhere else, all after sales supports is chargeable at our hourly rate.
Q. My website needs updating. Can you do it for me ?
A. Yes. All our startup packages include FREE content update. We can update your website content FREE of charge as soon as you provide us with the content in form of a text file or word document. There is not any inclusion of new website redesign in the option.
Q. I have my own domain name. Can I use it for my website?
A. Yes, if you already have registered your domain name you can us it for your website. Just change the nameservers to point our servers . Need help ?

Q. I don't have domain name. Can you help me to select appropriate domain name?
A. Yes, we will be happy help you to select your domain name and register it on your behalf.
Q. My business will need new website redesign. Can I redesign my existing website?
A. Yes, we can redesign your existing website or you may update your package at anytime.
Q. I would like to cancel my service. Is there a minimum period of time or a contract?
A. You may cancel your contract at anytime you like. We do not require a minimum period that you may continue to use our service.
Q. Will I get a refund if I cancel my service?
A. We only charge for the period you agree to pay us for the service we provide. If you cancel your service early, you will not get refund for the rest of the period you have initially agree.
Q. I would like to get my web site files. Could you provide me with them?
A. Yes. The site files is yours once is finished. we will send you a CD as per your request.
Q. How soon you can start building my website?
A. As soon as we agree on the design and receive a full payment.
